12:15 PM - European Oyster Opening Championship - Qualifying Round
6 heats with 30 competitors from 12 nations compete for 10 semifinal spots

3:15 PM - European Oyster Opening Championship - Semi-Finals
The 10 best from the qualifiers compete for 5 final spots

4:30 PM - European Oyster Opening Championship - Final
The 5 best from the semifinals meet in a decisive final

4:45 PM - Viking Race - Oyster Opening Relay
5 teams with 3 competitors in each team open 30 oysters in the fastest time

5:00 PM - Award Ceremony
The European Champion will be crowned!
