Trollhättan Pride
Trollhättan
Trollhättan Pride is a non-profit organization that is independent of political parties and religions. It works to free society from oppressive norms and to promote equality, inclusion and the rights of LGBTQ+ people. The association is open to everyone who feels involved in and respects the culture rooted in the lives and experiences of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people.
The primary goal of Trollhättan Pride is to improve the living conditions and rights of LGBTQ+ people. We want to help create a society characterized by openness and tolerance, where individuals can feel free and optimistic about the future. To achieve this, the association seeks to engage and mobilize a rainbow movement that welcomes everyone who supports LGBTQ+ rights and contributes to a culture that strengthens the values of equality and human dignity in Trollhättan. One of the main ways we do this is by organizing the annual Trollhättan Pride festival and parade.
Trollhättan Pride strives for an open and tolerant Trollhättan where everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or background, can feel free to be themselves.
