Trollhättan

Ready to challenge your friends or family to a round of disc golf?

In the Slätthult outdoor recreation area, you’ll find several scenic exercise trails—and now also an 18-hole disc golf course open to the public.

Trollhättan Disc Golf Park is free of charge and open to everyone. There is currently no tee-time booking system. However, Tvåstad Disc Golf Club has the right to book/reserve the course for events and training sessions. If you don’t have your own equipment, you can borrow discs free of charge from Fritidsbanken in Trollhättan.

Disc golf is a sport that can be played by anyone. The principle is the same as in traditional golf. Instead of clubs and balls, disc golf uses discs (frisbees). There are many different types of discs depending on the type of throw and the player’s level of experience. The goal in disc golf is a metal basket with chains. The disc must come to rest in the basket for the hole to be completed. The winner is the player who completes the course in the fewest throws.
