The artwork Ström (Stream/Current) was installed in 2016 in Trollhättan, Sweden, on Strömkarlsbron bridge with the flowing water and Hojums power station as a backdrop.
The artist's statement about the creation of the sculpture: "After visiting the site, I was struck by the drama of the water and the water eddies that are constantly created in the rushing river. Spiral formations often occur in my art, so it became natural to try to capture the soft water movements in the hard granite. I also liked the fact that the current in the river generates electricity a little further away at the power station."
