Where can you find us? 

You are warmly welcome to visit us at home and see our small roastery! Since we work from home, we don't have specific opening hours, so give us a call to see if we are available!

Who are we?

We are a family business run by LJ (Jihyeon Lee) from South Korea and Amelie Länsberg Lee from Sweden. Currently, we operate from our home in Trollhättan, with the coffee roastery in the garage and the office in the living room. In the near future, we hope you will be able to find us in Trollhättan city center

What is Specialty Coffee?

“Specialty Coffee” refers to high-quality coffee with a score of at least 80 on a scale of 1-100. What makes coffee high quality? It can be summarized with sustainable farming. High altitude, hand-picking, intercropping, etc., involve more work but also higher prices and profit for the farmers. The “Specialty Coffee” market, therefore, requires coffee to be grown more sustainably, in return providing farmers with higher profits. This creates a sustainable cycle for everyone involved in “Specialty Coffee.”

Looking for a fun activity? How about a coffee tasting?

We also offer coffee tastings! We can host groups of 4-7 people at our home to see and learn about coffee roasting, where coffee beans come from, how to taste coffee professionally, taste 5 different coffee varieties, and tips on improving coffee brewing at home. For larger groups, we can visit you and tailor the activity to suit your needs. Email or call us for more info and booking!
