Come and check out the Vänersborg cyclo-cross and mountain bike track at Sjövallen with stunning views of Lake Vänern! The track is about 700 meters long and there's even a smaller track for kids.
About the Course
The new cyclo-cross and mountain bike course is located at Sjövallen, near Skräckle Park, right by the shores of Lake Vänern. The course is approximately 700 meters long, depending on the chosen route, and features natural climbs and descents, sandy sections, and numerous turns.
All motor vehicles are prohibited. Cycling is counterclockwise.
For walkers and runners as well
While primarily intended for cycling/MTB/cyclo-cross, the course is also suitable for running and walking, although cyclists have priority.
Children's course and barbecue area
There is also a smaller children's course for younger cyclists adjacent to the main course, as well as a new barbecue area in the middle of the course, with views of the lake.
