Gunnar's auctions
Vänersborg

1st, 2nd, 3rd - sold!

Gunnar's auctions have arranged auctions since the 90s - several times a year they give the chance to participate in new exciting auctions.

The history behind the business.

Gunnar and Lennart organized their first auction in August 1996, then under the Ekebro Bygdegårdsförening. The name "Gunnars Auktioner (Gunnar's auctions)" was first used in March 1999, when Gunnar, on behalf of an estate, sold furniture, tools and carpentry machines in Fyrkanten, Vargön.

In the early 2000s, Gunnars Auktioner held a real large auction in "Stadsänga" in Färgelanda municipality, and just over 900 calls were sold from an old Dalslandshem. For a few years around the turn of the last century, Gunnar collaborated with the somewhat legendary broker and auctioneer Gunnar Nilsson (Fyra Mäklare), that collaboration was both rewarding and nostalgic, because Gunnar's father Johan Lidell "held the shouting" for Fyra Mäklare during the 60-70s.

The real highlight (so far), was the summer of 2018 when SVT recorded an episode of "Auktionssommar" at the annual Summer Auction at Ekebro village farm. The episode in question was shown in SVT1 on January 15, 2019, in NRK during the spring and in Finnish YLE at the beginning of the summer -19, really fun!
