About us
We at Metholmen Kayak want to make it possible to kayak, canoe and SUP in a simple and smooth way, regardless of whether you're a beginner or more experienced! We offer this opportunity from our kayak rental located in beautiful Öresjö. 

Bring your family and friends to a wonderful trip in a peaceful and quiet environment surronded by nature and cozy bays. Lake Öresjö is a fantastic place to kayak, canoe or SUP as you can often find some shelter thanks to all the bays of the lake and the fact that it's surronded by forest.

How does it work? 

• Book through our website so everything is ready when you arrive at our kayak base in Öresjö. 
• When you arrive at Öresjö, you park in the indicated place and then follow the signs to the kayak base. 
• Once there, our friendly and service-oriented staff will help you get the right equipment and have a simple review of paddling technique or SUP technique and safety. 
• Then all you have to do is set out for a wonderful trip on the water!
• When you have finished paddling, the staff will of course receive you and help you with the euipment.

2-day experience 
bring your friends or family on a fantastic experience where you don't have to invest in a lot of expensive equipment. You will travel from Öresjö to Bredfjället and expereience nature from the water through it's hiking trails. We arrange everything you could possibly need to give you a fantatical kayaking and hiking experience. We will paddle in kayaks at a calm and pleasent pace so that you can enjoy nature. We will also explore the forest by hiking on Bredfjället. All of this will of course be done together with a knowledgeable guide who leads you through the experience and ensures that you see all the finest parts of Bredfjället and the water.
