Sikhalls Camping och Restaurang is a family-friendly campsite beautifully situated by the shores of Lake Vänern in Dalsland. The campsite offers a tranquil, nature-oriented setting close to a small convenience store, the beach, and a marina. Guests stay comfortably near a popular swimming area with shallow water, ideal for families and relaxation.

There is also a seasonal summer restaurant with a full license to serve alcohol, where guests can enjoy an à la carte menu, burgers, and special events. Midsummer is celebrated here with a buffet and traditional dancing around the maypole accompanied by live folk music. The outdoor terrace offers stunning views over Lake Vänern, making it a perfect spot for a sunset dinner.

Cabins and Campsites

The campsite offers 25 lakeside camping pitches, 15 of which have electricity. There are also 10 cozy four-bed log cabins equipped with a kitchenette, kitchenware, and a west-facing terrace for enjoying the evening sun, as well as a summer cottage for rent located just 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern.

Facilities and Service Building

All guests at the campsite have access to Wi-Fi, and there are barbecue areas both within the campsite and down by the water. For those wanting to explore the lake, canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, and fishing boats are available for rent.

The service building includes toilets and showers, including accessible facilities adapted for guests with disabilities. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer rental options, as well as disposal facilities for chemical toilets and wastewater.
