Here you'll find useful information to help you make the most of your visit to Fallens Dagar.
Road Closures During Fallens Dagar
Please note that Åkersbergsvägen will be closed to traffic during the Fallens Dagar festival. As a result, it will not be possible to reach the Trollhättan Lock Area on the western side by car during the festival weekend. It is also not possible to reach the Trollhättan Waterfall with car or bus during the festival.
Vehicle access in the city centre will also be limited due to the market and festival activities.

Information – Folkets Park
Admission
Free admission. Folkets Park has two entrances:
- East Entrance via Parkstigen
- West Entrance facing the canal
Please note that entry is not possible via the adventure golf course or the northern gate.
Bags
There is no bag ban in accordance with the police recommendations. However, bag checks may be carried out at the entrance, so please be prepared to open your bag for inspection.
Large bags, suitcases and sports bags are not permitted.
Opening Hours
On Friday and Saturday, the park is open during the day from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, then reopens at 6:00 PM for the evening concerts.
On Sunday, the park is closed until 5:00 PM due to rehearsals by the symphony orchestra.
- Friday: Opens at 6:00 PM
- Saturday: Opens at 6:00 PM
- Sunday: Opens at 5:00 PM
Toilets
Toilets are located inside Folkets Park near the East Entrance. Accessible toilets and urinals are also available.
Parking
Parking is available close to the venue, but spaces are limited.
The nearest car parks are:
- Älvhögsborg Car Park
- Stadsparken Car Park
Please note that the parking area at Parkhallen is closed due to the event.
Food & Drinks
Food and beverages are available in the Savoy tent. Snacks, ice cream and light refreshments are also available throughout the park.
Medical Services
A medical team will be on site from the park's afternoon opening. In case of an emergency, call 112.
Prohibited Items
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the park.
Bringing your own alcohol into the venue is prohibited. Alcohol purchased at the bar may only be consumed within the designated serving area.
Animals
Dogs are allowed, but please remember that this is a concert venue with loud music and large crowds, making it an unsuitable environment for most animals.
Accessible Viewing Platform
An accessible viewing platform is available inside Folkets Park. Follow the signs from the entrance or ask one of the entrance staff for assistance.
Drinking Water
Trollhättan Energi will provide a free drinking water station where visitors can refill their water bottles.
Please Note
- Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the venue.
- Multi-tools, scissors, corkscrews and other sharp objects are not permitted.
- Umbrellas are discouraged as they obstruct the view and may pose a safety risk to other visitors. Rainwear is recommended instead

Traffic
Strandgatan and several connecting streets will be closed to traffic during the festival.
Toilets
Public toilets are available at Drottningtorget and Strandgatan.
Food & Drinks
Enjoy a wide variety of food and drinks from many different cultures throughout the city centre.
Information – Hansenplatsen & Hojumstunet
Traffic
The areas around Hansenplatsen and Hojumstunet are closed to vehicle traffic.
Drinking Water
Trollhättan Energi will provide a free drinking water station at Hansenplatsen, located near the Innovatum activity tent.
Toilets
Public toilets are available:
- At Strömkarlsbron
- At Hojumstunet, below the intersection
Stage
Please note that the Hojumstunet stage is not covered this year.
Food & Drinks
Food and beverages are available at Hansenplatsen and Hojumstunet, provided by Trollhättan Bois (TBiS).
Electric Sightseeing Train
The electric sightseeing train operates on the following route:
Hansenplatsen – Insikten – The Locks – Olidebron – Hansenplatsen
Tickets can be purchased on board and cost SEK 20.
