Fallens Dagar 17-19 July 2026

Welcome to Fallens Dagar, or the Waterfall Days, Sweden's oldest city festival, held every year since 1959, beginning on the third Friday of July in Trollhättan.

Spectacular live music, fun activities, entertaining performances and exciting competitions are just some of the highlights that await visitors as the festival celebrates the magnificent Trollhättan Falls.

Kraftprovet

On Friday, a series of unique races will take place in Trollhätte Kanalpark.

Choose from Kraftprovet (11.6 km), Slussprovet (6.3 km), Miniprovet (2.6 km), Miniprovet (1.8 km) or Knatteprovet (800 m).

Food and Market

Discover and enjoy the wide selection of food available in the city centre at the food market and from a variety of food trucks.

In addition to great food, the market also features vendors selling handicrafts, clothing and unique bargains.

Ride the Mini Train

The Mini Train departs from Hansenplatsen every 30 minutes, starting at 11:00 AM, and stops at Insikten, The Locks Area and Olidebron bridge.
