Friskis&Svettis Vänersborg offers you a wide range of exercise options. The gym is open for everyone, from people who are just starting out to pros. The newly built facility in Vänersborg offers both a gym and big areas for group workout.
At Friskis&Svettis, you can exercise and meet new people. We want you to find the form of exercise that best suits you – but, above all, we want you to find it enjoyable to exercise.
The only requirement for you to be able to exercise with us is that you are a member – and this is open to absolutely everyone. Even though we cannot promise to be able to speak your language, we will work it out when you are here. Everybody is welcome at Friskis&Svettis.
At Friskis&Svettis there is something for everyone. Hiking, running, strength training, sweaty group workouts and individual training.
