Dalsland's canal connects lake after lake in a large area, through Dalsland and Värmland. The fishing is varied and the lakes are versatile. So whether you are looking for the big pikes, trout or just a quiet moment by the water, there is something for everybody. The lakes are organized in fisheries conservation areas. Each fisheries conservation area has its own fishing license as well as its own restrictions and rules.

Canoe Fishing License
With the Canoe Fishing Card, you get a permit to fish in 11 different fisheries conservation areas along the Dalsland canal in both Värmland and Dalsland. The Canoe Fishing License authorizes you to fish with a rod, fly and spin for one, three or seven days.
