The Upzone Adventure Park in Gothenburg is situated in a forest beside the popular Skatås outdoor fitness area. The facility is linked to the Delsjö nature reserve in east Gothenburg and there is an abundance of experiences for anyone who is looking to stretch their limits – both physically and mentally!

Upzone is definitely for you if a stirring tree-top adventure is what you’re looking for. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an expert – we have activities to suit everyone.

First you have a safety drill followed by a climbing test before you are allowed access to the climbing zones high up in the treetops. Everyone climbs according to their ability, and it takes about 2½ hours. Here you can throw yourself out on zip wire or cable line walkway. You can even challenge yourself by climbing in the dark for that extra adrenaline rush.
