Iconic car models and tours that guide you through the history of Volvo

Welcome to a world of iconic Volvo cars, buses, and trucks, pioneering innovations, and imaginative concept vehicles. Exhibitions and guided tours with a well-stocked gift shop and café. Don’t miss Roger Moore’s legendary P1800!

Full speed ahead – the whole story through the rear-view mirror!

At the Volvo Museum you have a unique opportunity to embark on an historic journey, following the Volvo landmarks and icons that have emerged over the years – from the founding of the company back in 1927 through to the present day. The museum collections include everything from cars, buses, and trucks to marine engines and construction equipment. There are more than 100 vehicles on display, including production models and prototypes. You can watch advertising films from the past as well as newly produced films. For the very youngest visitors there is the children’s car – a classic Volvo that they can jump into and play to their heart’s content.

Exhibition with Roger Moore’s iconic P1800

Don’t miss the exhibition with an iconic 60-year-old – the P1800. You will have a chance to see the very first prototype designed by Pelle Pettersson, as well as the P1800 owned by Sir Roger Moore – better known perhaps as the Saint and James Bond. The exhibition includes a number of P1800 cars, historic images, drawings, curiosities, and fascinating anecdotes.
